Who are you?

  • You will give yourself the best chance of breastfeeding success by having a better understanding of those early days of breastfeeding and know exactly when and where to go for help if needed. 
  • You will learn how to "be your own best friend" and really practice true self compassion rather than the #mumguilt we see so often. 
  • You'll have skills and tools to help you continue to prioritise your own self care as you begin to take care of this new little life you've created.


  • When in my pregnancy should I start this course?

    This course is designed to be done at your own pace and you have access to it for 12 months from date of purchase. A great time to start it would be at around 12 weeks of pregnancy so you can feel much more prepared as you approach the birth as well as still giving you access in those first few months of newborn life. However it is designed so that it can be started and completed at any point at all, even post partum.

  • What does the course include?

    There are 4 modules covering topics such as mindfulness, breastfeeding, sleeping (for baby and parents) & settling plus a when and where to find help if you need it. You will get worksheets, factsheets and a library of guided meditations for you download and keep to access whenever you need.

  • How much time do I need to commit?

    As much or as little as you want to. These courses are designed to be completed at your own pace and in the comfort of your own home. You can even sit down with your partner or support person and go through the modules together to help prepare you both for the exciting times ahead.

  • How much time do I have to access the course?

    You will receive access to all downloadable worksheets, factsheets and guided meditation recordings for you to keep forever to help keep you on your path. On top of this you will have 12 months access to all course materials from the time you purchase the course.
